Teo Dominic Lucia is a renowned musician, composer, and conductor. His secret for such musical genius? Teo’s a siren. He enchants people with his songs and alluring voice. Teo’s choice of torture would be drowning or making them do his bidding/cause hallucinations with the help of beguiling voice. In the end, he probably would eat the main character.
